Article 0: Definitions

Article 1: object

3.1. The prices

3.3 Proof of transactions
The electronic records retained by MP will constitute valid evidence of the existence of (i) communications between the Parties, (ii) acceptance of the GCs and (iii) any use of the Services as part of a Subscription performed on or via the Support. Similarly, the data recorded by the payment system used and chosen by the User (banking or payment institution or other), constitute proof of all financial transactions between the User, MP and the institution concerned .
Article 4 - Use of the Services
The Support is open to any natural person aged 18 or over who is resident in the Territory and holds a Terminal.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of his Account, his password, any actions, any personal information or banking information communicated to other Users. The Company therefore recommends that the User keep his password secret, never communicate any personal information, whether his own or that of any other person (such as names, postal addresses, phones, email addresses, debit / credit card, or other bank details).
4.1Management of the User Account
The User may only create one Account. His identification on the Support will be via his phone number.
4.3 Use of the Services
By registering on the Support, the User agrees:

Article 5 - Liability of MP

5.2 Limits of the Service

5.3 Information and content provided by Users

The User grants to the Company a license to use the intellectual property rights attached to all types of content provided by the User concerned for distribution on the Support. Article 6 - Duration and Termination

6.2 Termination of registration

Article 7 - Intellectual property rights
The trademarks, figurative or otherwise (hereinafter "the brands") displayed on this Support or in any newsletter are trademarks, registered or not, belonging to MP and to third parties. The mention of trademarks in this Support does not imply or imply any right of use, license or authorization in any way relating to such marks without the written consent of MP or the third party concerned. Article 11 - Disputes
These GTC are subject to Moroccan law.
